2018 Summer Trip - Co To Island
In 2018, under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Sotec’s Union organized a summer trip in Co To Island – Quang Ninh for the employees from 26 to 28 May.
Summer trips are held on a yearly basis with the aim of bringing joy, fun and relaxation to all employees after long and stressful working hours. These are also precious occasions for the employees to further enhance mutual understandings and sharing as well as exchange their valuable experience both in work and life.
Despite tight working schedule, all employees managed to enthusiastically join the trip on the spirit of “SAFETY – SOLIDARITY – JOY”
During three-day trips, all the employees all together participated in a variety of activities including visiting and presenting gifts to economically disadvantaged students who have good study performance in Co To Primary School, swimming, sightseeing, teambuilding and enjoying delicious specialities.
The 2018 summer trip leaves all employees of Sotec with good memories of fellowship and solidarity which are valuable spiritual assets and motivations for them to continue working towards a common goal for the development of the company.
It is expected by the Company’s Management that all the employees, after each trip, will work at their best to accomplish their work assignments and join hands for a more developed and prosperous Sotec.
